Subject: Errors in metadata (e.g., author not 'Riedrich' Nietzsche)
The correct title of the book should be:

The Complete Works Friedrich Nietzsche, Vol XIV:
The Will to Power : An Attempted Transvaluation of All Values

The publisher is not 'The Will to Power'; that is the work in question, which, if I am not mistaken, continues in volume XV. The publisher information is probably the following:

London : T.N. Foulis, 1910-1014.
